Botox
Details
Botulinum toxin type A is an injectable neurotoxin, better known under brand names such as Botox Cosmetic®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®. Neurotoxin treatments are the most popular single cosmetic procedure in the U.S. and are mainly used to smooth dynamic wrinkles, or those wrinkles that form as a result of facial movements like frowning, squinting, smiling, and other expressions we tend to make on a daily basis. Treatment works by blocking nerve impulses to the muscles, causing them to relax. As a result, your expressions soften and the dynamic wrinkles are greatly reduced.
Downtime
There is no downtime or long recovery process.

Dermal Fillers
Jacobson Cosmetic Surgery offers a variety of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, cutomized to your needs. We offer the complete collection of JUVÉDERM® products, including JUVÉDERM® Ultra JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC, JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC, and JUVÉDERM® VOLLURE® XC.How does JUVÉDERM® work?
During treatment, a JUVÉDERM® filler is injected into the treatment area by a licensed specialist using a needle or cannula. JUVÉDERM® fillers add volume to the treatment area. Results with JUVÉDERM® fillers are not permanent, and retreatment is usually needed to maintain your results. What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a sugar naturally produced by the body that retains moisture in the skin. The main ingredient in JUVÉDERM® fillers is a modified form of HA. JUVÉDERM® fillers temporarily restore volume loss in certain areas of the face for long-lasting, natural-looking results. What is Vycross Technology?
Vycross® Technology is a proprietary technology designed by Allergan Aesthetics for use in the JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, specifically JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC, JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC, and JUVÉDERM® VOLLURE® XC.
The unique Vycross® Technology process cross-links the hyaluronic acid (HA) molecules in these JUVÉDERM® fillers , that results in a specialized, smooth gel filler. The safety and effectiveness of Vycross® Technology has been widely studied. Ask your licensed specialist about Vycross® Technology to learn more. How do I learn More?

Facial Fillers
Details
Collagen is a key structural component that keeps skin youthful looking and smooth. As you age, your body’s collagen production decreases, which is a major factor in the development of wrinkles. Dermal fillers are gel-like, volumizing substances that are injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, smooth fine lines and deep creases, or enhance facial contours. Over the last few years, more than 1 million men and women annually have chosen this popular facial rejuvenation treatment, which can be a cost-effective way to look younger without surgery or downtime. Results are instantaneous and last six to eighteen months depending on the product and area treated.
